ZWorker.AI LLC was founded in Dallas, Texas by Ben Margolis, a software architect with more than thirty years of experience designing practical technology for small businesses, private clients, and professional organizations.

Much of that career was spent in Palm Beach, where Ben provided IT support and custom software solutions for discerning private clients and companies whose expectations required discretion, reliability, and precision.

Long before artificial intelligence became a mainstream business subject, Ben was building intelligent systems for practical use, including a Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network created within Microsoft Access more than twenty years ago.

Across decades of work, the pattern remained the same: businesses needed their systems to communicate, their information needs to move cleanly, and their people need to spend less time forcing software to cooperate.

ZWorker is the result of that experience. It brings together the work Ben has spent a career performing: connecting cloud systems to local databases, designing custom workflows, automating business processes, and turning fragmented software into coherent operations. ZWorker is not simply his view of how AI should serve small business. It is the culmination of a professional life spent solving exactly these problems.
